Team game coverage

$250 per game

A collection for coaches, team organizers, and team social accounts: action, expressions, and moments that tell the story of one game.

  • Coverage throughout one scheduled game.
  • 30 professionally edited images in an online gallery.
  • One team organizer and one payment.
Coverage limitations

I aim to photograph as many players as possible. Playing time, positioning, and game action affect who appears; photographs of every player and equal representation are not guaranteed. For a particular athlete, choose athlete-focused coverage.

Delivery: 48–72 hours after the game.

Sports portraits
& media day

$750 for up to 15 athletes

Confident individual portraits, a full-team photograph, and room for the friendships and personalities that make your team yours.

  • $45 per additional athlete.
  • Up to two hours of photography for up to 15 athletes, with setup and takedown outside that time.
  • Two finished individual portraits per participating athlete.
  • A minimum of 60 edited images overall, including individual, team, and small-group photographs, delivered in an online gallery.
  • One team organizer coordinates the roster, groups, approvals, and payment.

Larger rosters may need more photography time; we’ll confirm the schedule before booking. Individual portraits are for athletes attending the session. Makeup sessions are arranged separately.

Pick your crew: the small-group photo rule

Each athlete may participate in one small group of 2–4 players. Appearing in a group counts as that athlete’s turn. Please arrange groups with your team organizer and submit the list before media day.

Individual portraits and the full-team photograph come first. Each small group gets one pose or playful setup and one finished image. Extra combinations require a separately booked extension; we won’t add combinations on the day.

Delivery: 1–2 weeks after media day.

My family sessions blend timeless portraits with genuine, unscripted moments—photographs that will mean even more as the years go by.

  • 45–60 minute photography session
  • Immediate family portraits and natural candid moments
  • A combination of traditional posed photographs and authentic interactions
  • Professionally edited digital photographs
  • Private online gallery for viewing and delivery
  • Mesa/Gilbert area; additional travel may require a fee

A defined collection of photographs and designed graphics for your team to post. We agree on the deliverables and schedule before work begins.

  • Media day plus one or two scheduled games, with 30 edited images per covered game.
  • A specified number of finished Game Day graphics and player spotlights.
  • A specified number of reusable Story backgrounds, with space for your team to add scores or announcements.
  • Graphics use photographs selected from the included coverage.
  • One consolidated revision round through one team contact.
Scope, delivery & posting responsibilities

The quote spells out roster size, exact graphic quantities, formats, information deadlines, and delivery dates. Editable templates, additional retouching, and extra designs are separately scoped.

Your team handles posting. Account management, live updates, score reporting, ongoing schedule changes, and additional graphics are not included. Later requests are separately quoted, subject to availability.
