When choosing a photographer, you want someone who you feel comfortable around, responds to you quickly , and is personable (especially when they are shooting your birth and/or fresh 48). Susan is all of those things! Not to mention, she is incredibly talented and her work is amazing. The beautiful photos she took of my newborn and family are some of my absolutely favorite and are so special to me. Something I really appreciated is that she really took time to get to know me and know about my family when I booked her for my fresh 48 session . "I chose Susan to photograph my third birth. I was really impressed with the quality of her work and her ability to capture my birth in a tasteful, but raw way. She sent out a packet of questions to fills out prior to the birth and was able to stay in touch with my labor progress through my sister in law, who was with me during the birth. This took a huge load off of me having to respond to messages in between contractions. Sue has documented various birth situations from natural labor to epidural. She knows how to tell your birth story beautifully. She does film also!!"
